Download Group tickets

For journeys for which you have received a quotation until 24 February 2026, your train tickets can only be downloaded from the "My tickets" tab (top right of this site), 11 days before the departure date of your journey. To download your tickets, all you need to do is mention the reference number of the travel pack and the name of the journey organiser or companion.

For trips for which you have received a quote or booked from 25 February 2026, you will receive your tickets by e-mail, 11 days before the date of each of your trips.
