Do you have a disability or reduced mobility and encounter a problem during your journey? Do you need urgent help?
You can call on the SNCF staff on board your train or at the station, either directly or through a third party.
If you have any difficulties with your assistance on the day of your journey, you can contact the Accessibility Emergency Line (LUA) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on the number given in your booking confirmation email (free service + call charge).
Please note, however, that these numbers are not a substitute for the competent public emergency services: fire brigade (18), police (17), ambulance (15) and emergency in Europe (112).
