    Accès Plus is not going away!

    To coincide with the launch of Assist'enGare, the "Accès Plus" brand has been repositioned to encompass all the products and services offered by TGV-INTERCITÉS for people with reduced mobility and disabilities.

    Our "Accès Plus" Customer Relations service will be maintained on 3635 then #45 (cost of a local call) as a dedicated expert line or, from abroad, on 00 33 1 84 94 36 35 (cost of an international call) then #45.

    It will no longer be able to process your request for station assistance, but will be able to help you book your train tickets.

    Do you have a disability or reduced mobility and would you like to book train tickets for yourself and your companion, get advice on where to sit on board, information about the accessibility of our trains or even offers and services to make your journey easier?

    • Dial 3635 (or, from abroad, 00 33 1 84 94 36 35 (cost of an international call)) then #45 then press 2 (free service + cost of a call).
    • Every day from 8am to 8pm.

    Rogervoice

    Are you deaf or hard of hearing?

    Our line can be reached thanks to a relay centre, a tool adapted to the deaf, managed by Rogervoice. It enables deaf and hard-of-hearing people to talk to Accès Plus and OUIGO telephone advisers via an operator-translator. This service is available from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm (excluding public holidays) in French Sign Language (LSF), Complete Spoken French Language (LfPC) and, every day from 8am to 8pm, in Text Transcription (TT).

    Would you like a personal meeting with one of our advisers?

    Simply :

    • select the point of sale of your choice from those proposed;
    • specify the reason for your appointment: purchase of a ticket for travel in France or abroad (except OUIGO, Transilien, Eurostar Family), exchange or cancellation of your ticket;
    • choose the date and time that suits you.

    Once you have entered your details, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Are you disabled?

    Discounts are available depending on your situation:

    • Do you have a French inclusion mobility card (CMI)?
      Depending on the details on your card, you can give your companion a special fare.
    • Do you have a card reserved for disabled people or war pensioners?
      You can benefit from reductions for yourself depending on your situation.
    • Are you an additional companion (other than a guide) for a disabled person in a wheelchair?
      You can benefit from a 30% reduction on the Leisure fare of the day if you are travelling in the same car as the disabled person (1st class TGV INOUI ticket for journeys within France).

    MAX SENIOR travelcard

    Are you over 60 and flexible when it comes to travel?

    With the Max Senior subscription, for €79 a month, you can travel free of charge in second class on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS and OUIGO trains.

    In order to benefit from adapted seating on trains, wheelchair users (UFR) must specify this beforehand when booking.

    In addition, on OUIGO, if passengers wish to travel with an accompanying person, they must contact the OUIGO Customer Relations Centre using the contact form on the OUIGO website.

    Accès Plus: services to make your journey easier

    Mes bagages service

    A simple, practical, no-holds-barred and fast service to send your baggage so that you can travel light and with peace of mind on board trains.

    TGV-INTERCITÉS will collect your baggage from your home or from one of our 20,000 relay points. Your baggage is delivered where and when you want it.

    If you are disabled or have reduced mobility, take advantage of :

    • a 15% discount if you use a PRM assistance service booked through Assist'enGare;
    • a negotiated fare for transporting a wheelchair.

    Junior & Cie

    The TGV INOUI service that accompanies your children on the train!

    Does your child aged between 4 and 14 have to take the train alone?

    Take advantage of the Junior & Cie accompaniment service, which is also available for children with special needs (wheelchairs, mental disorders, etc.).

    They will enjoy a safe trip in a supervised group:

    • a team of professional entertainers (BAFA holders) ;
    • games and creative workshops on board;
    • one activity leader for a maximum of 11 children.

    Bookings must be made between 3 months and 4 days before departure by internet or telephone. This service is only available for direct journeys, without connections and without changing stations.

    For organisational and safety reasons, children with disabilities must be informed of their condition at the time of booking. Children requiring special care or medical assistance cannot be catered for on Junior & Cie. Please note that children must be able to use the toilet independently. A dedicated person is provided to accompany a child with a mental or motor disability. If the child is travelling in a non-folding wheelchair, he or she will have a dedicated attendant and will travel in the dedicated UFR seat in first class.

    Domicile + Train

    TGV INOUI, Senior Compagnie & Libelia have teamed up to offer the Domicile + Train service to enable the most vulnerable people to travel with complete peace of mind. Three assistance packages (which may or may not be combined) are available:

    • from home to the departure station ;
    • during the train journey ;
    • from the arrival station to your home.

    As a disabled person or person with reduced mobility, you can take advantage of :

    • drivers trained to provide assistance tailored to the needs of people with disabilities or reduced mobility;
    • the help of a companion for specific needs, such as assistance with meals.

    Station assistance service

    Are you planning to take the train but have reduced mobility?

    Take advantage of free assistance when boarding and disembarking trains.

    Assistance is provided from the meeting point at the station, at least 30 minutes before departure, to your seat on the train, and on arrival, from your seat on the train to the station exit, or the accessible meeting point at the station, or the taxi rank or connecting train.

    The service also includes carrying your baggage (a single item of baggage weighing a maximum of 15 kilos, with no additional weight or number of items).

    We advise you to book your assistance: as early as 90 days before the date of your journey and no later than 24 hours before your train's departure time, by contacting Assist'enGare.

    This will ensure that you have assistance on the train you want.

    If you have not made a reservation, you can go to the station on your own initiative to travel by train, but the assistance service is not guaranteed.

    On-board equipment

    Find out more about the equipment that makes travelling with TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS and OUIGO so much more comfortable.

    TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains are equipped to welcome customers with disabilities and reduced mobility.

    All trains have at least two wheelchair spaces with an attendant's space nearby.

    Audible and visual announcements, contrasting signage that can be understood by all, adapted toilets and door location aids complete the system, depending on the type of rolling stock used.

    My Onboard Announcements visual assistant


    For deaf and hard-of-hearing passengers, the "On-board announcements" visual assistant is a very useful feature on trains without information screens.

    It transcribes all the announcements made on board the train: platform number, train change, connections, announcements made by the conductor.

    Available free of charge, all you have to do is activate the function from the SNCF Connect application.

    Are you deaf or hard of hearing?

    With ACCEO, the free communication solution offered by ACCEO-TADEO, a partner of the SNCF Group, you'll save time and have a smoother flow of communication than with traditional paper and pencil!

    An application on the agent's or passenger's smartphone puts them in touch with an interpreter in less than 30 seconds.

    You can choose one of 3 modes of communication

    • French Sign Language (LSF),
    • Completed French Spoken Language (LfPC)
    • or instant written transcription.

    Outside the service's opening hours, an automatic transcription is available.

    A real dialogue can thus be established via telephone to communicate serenely in the station with our sales and boarding agents or on board our trains with our conductors.

    The Portail TGV INOUI

    Once connected to the on-board wifi, you can access services and content during your journey on the Portail TGV INOUI, and enjoy a comfortable on-board experience.

    You can access a wide range of services throughout France, as well as free content to entertain young and old alike during your journey.

    On-site catering for unaccompanied wheelchair users

    A service for wheelchair passengers is available on TGV INOUI: self-service catering.

    This service is intended for unaccompanied wheelchair users (UFR) travelling in a dedicated seat or transfer seat.

    It makes the on-board catering offer accessible to passengers in wheelchairs who are unable to travel to the TGV INOUI Bistro and who do not have an accompanying person to help them.

    To take advantage of this service, simply place and pay for your order online by logging on to the train via lebistro.tgvinoui.sncf or the Portail TGV INOUI.
    The order is only available on board, as soon as the train departs.

    For a coffee or lunch as the scenery goes by, our baristas welcome you in car 4 or 14 at the Bistro TGV INOUI.

    In a hurry?

    Save time and order your meal online 72 hours before departure and up to 20 minutes before the train terminus. Thanks to priority queuing, you can collect your order without waiting.
