Station assistance service
Are you planning to take the train but have reduced mobility?
Take advantage of free assistance when boarding and disembarking trains.
Assistance is provided from the meeting point at the station, at least 30 minutes before departure, to your seat on the train, and on arrival, from your seat on the train to the station exit, or the accessible meeting point at the station, or the taxi rank or connecting train.
The service also includes carrying your baggage (a single item of baggage weighing a maximum of 15 kilos, with no additional weight or number of items).
We advise you to book your assistance: as early as 90 days before the date of your journey and no later than 24 hours before your train's departure time, by contacting Assist'enGare.
This will ensure that you have assistance on the train you want.
If you have not made a reservation, you can go to the station on your own initiative to travel by train, but the assistance service is not guaranteed.
