    Grand Voyageur is an exclusive, simple and generous programme dedicated to our most frequent travellers: it rewards their loyalty and enhances their travel experience.

    An invitation-only programme

    The Grand Voyageur programme is reserved for those who travel the most with us. Customers with a discount card or season ticket who have spent a certain amount1 over the last 12 months are invited to join the Grand Voyageur programme, for at least 1 year.

    Reward points for even more travel...

    Once you join the programme, you earn Reward Points for each trip and purchase 2.
    With your Reward Points, you can buy tickets for yourself or for friends and family. You can also convert them into discounts on TGV INOUI services or donations to associations working for the environment.

    A dedicated website

    Loyalty customers have a dedicated Grand Voyageur area on the TGVINOUI.sncf website where they can find their points and rewards, their next journeys, their discount cards, their shopping vouchers, etc.

    1 The expenses taken into account concern :

    • the purchase of fare products (Carte Avantage, Carte Liberté, MAX season ticket [MAX ACTIF, MAX ACTIF+, MAX JEUNE, MAX SENIOR], Forfait Court) ;
    • the purchase of tickets costing more than nine euros (€9) on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS, OUIGO (excluding TER, Transilien) and on international routes.

    2 Reward Points can be earned on journeys costing more than €9 made in France on TGV INOUI, INTERCITÉS (excluding TER, Transilien, OUIGO, INTERCITÉS 100% ECO) and on international journeys (see the list of journeys on TGVINOUI.sncf). Reward Points can be accumulated on the purchase of the Carte Avantage, Carte Liberté, Forfait season ticket, TGVmax season ticket and on the online Bar order.
