    On the Internet and mobile

    You can buy or book your ticket at any time from your smartphone or computer by connecting to the applications or websites of our Aggrées agencies.

    Choose your seat

    On board our trains, you have two options:

    • in 2nd class: seats arranged in a square or side by side ;
    • in 1st class: a seat on its own, in a pair or in a group of 4.

    On some trains, you can also choose your seat in the direction of travel, or select the upper or lower level of the train when making your reservation, or a seat by a window to admire the scenery.

    On the phone

    Would you like to buy or book a ticket by phone?

    Dial 36 35 (available every day from 8am to 8pm / free service + price of a local call) or, from abroad, 00 33 1 84 94 36 35 (cost of an international call)1.

    If you wish to follow up a complaint, dial 0 898 98 36 35 (free service + price of a local call).

    At the station

    Need some advice? Our ticket office staff are there to offer you the best solution for your journey.

    The self-service kiosks at more than 460 stations in France allow you to :

    • buy your tickets using your bank card, even at the last minute using the "Immediate departure" function;
    • collect your tickets and discount cards or season tickets bought online or by phone2 just before you get on your train. This is a practical way of making sure you don't forget your tickets before departure;
    • exchange or cancel your tickets;
    • buy or renew your discount card or season ticket.

    In an approved travel agency

    To help you prepare for your trip, SNCF Voyageurs offers are distributed by more than 800 approved agencies.

    They are present throughout mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories.
