MAX ACTIF AND MAX ACTIF +

• up to 30 minutes after departure, the reservation can be exchanged free of charge for the same day and the same journey, even on a full train (without a seat guarantee), only before passing through the boarding gates at the platform;
• from 30 minutes before departure, only one exchange is possible. From the first exchange, the ticket may be cancelled but will no longer be credited to the reservation counter;
• after 30 minutes after departure, the reservation cannot be exchanged.

• possible up to 30 minutes after departure if no exchange has been made, but only before passing through the boarding gates at the platform;
• beyond 30 minutes after departure, the ticket cannot be cancelled.

1/ MAX ACTIF

The MAX ACTIF season ticket is offered on a limited and defined list of journeys. The pass can be used for journeys in France, from Monday to Thursday, on TGV and TGV INOUI trains (excluding OUIGO and TER) and, if necessary, on INTERCITÉS trains (with or without compulsory reservation) on TGV INOUI lines, within the limit of 250 seats allocated, for 2 journeys per day.

This season ticket does not entitle the holder to purchase reservation packs once the 250 reservations have been made.

Journeys must be at least two hours apart on departure or arrival for stations in the same journey zone.

The season ticket is personal and non-transferable.

Free reservation required before any journey with a MAX ACTIF season ticket (except on INTERCITÉS where reservation is not required).

The season ticket card must be presented at all on-board checks.

The pass is valid for an initial period of 12 months, with an additional monthly payment deducted in the event of early cancellation before 12 months. After 12 months, the subscription is tacitly renewed for a further 12 months. There is no charge for cancelling the subscription after the initial 12-month period. There is no degressive pricing on the MAX ACTIF subscription.

Withdrawal conditions
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
In the event that you have made trips prior to your withdrawal request, and even if the legal 14-day withdrawal period is respected, the use of the right of withdrawal may not be considered to be in good faith.
The request must be made in writing (by post using the form available in the appendix to the general conditions of sale) or via the MAX space.

2/ MAX ACTIF+ SUBSCRIPTION

The MAX ACTIF+ subscription is offered for a limited and defined list of journeys. The routes and prices are shown in the general terms and conditions of sale below. The MAX ACTIF+ subscription is an annual subscription with monthly direct debits or cash payment entitling the holder to 450 bookings, up to a limit of 2 journeys per day, for use on trains with compulsory booking, in France, TGV, TGV INOUI, excluding all SNCF night trains, OUIGO and Transilien.

Journeys must be at least two hours apart on departure or arrival for stations in the same journey zone. The season ticket is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. Free reservation required before any journey with a MAX ACTIF+ season ticket. The season ticket card must be presented during on-board checks. Subscription valid for an initial period of 12 months. The subscription can be cancelled free of charge after the initial 12-month period. In the event of early termination before 12 months, an additional monthly payment will be debited. After 12 months, the subscription is automatically renewed for a further 12 months.
