CARTE AVANTAGE JEUNE
The capped prices on TGV INOUI and INTERCITES journeys (in France, in second class, by day and or night seating), available with the Carte Avantage, were guaranteed until 31/08/2024. However, these prices remain in force for the time being. Calculated on the basis of the average time taken on an uninterrupted journey, these prices are as follows:
- 49 INCLUDING VAT: Maximum guaranteed ticket price for a journey of less than 1 hour 30 minutes,
- 69 INCLUDING VAT: Maximum guaranteed price of a ticket for a journey between 1H30 and 3H,
- 89 INCL. VAT: Maximum guaranteed price of a ticket for a journey of more than 3 hours.
The price of tickets booked with the benefit of the cap is guaranteed until the departure of the train, provided that the initial booking is not changed by the customer.
The Carte Avantage is valid for travel in France and Europe.
Offer reserved for Carte Avantage cardholders. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the 2ndor 1stfare of the day on TGV INOUI trains to Luxembourg, Freiburg im Breisgau, on TGV INOUI France - Spain trains and on TGV INOUI and ICE trains operated by DB-SNCF in cooperation; on the Seconda or Prima (2ndor 1st) fare of the day on TGV France - Italy trains; on the Standard or Standard 1refare on TGV Lyria trains.
The card entitles accompanying children to a 60% discount.
Offer reserved for up to 3 accompanying children aged 4 to 11 inclusive if the ticket is purchased at the same time as the Carte Avantage holder's ticket. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the Prem's, 2nd, 1stand Full Fare 2ndand 1stfares for trains with compulsory reservation (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO), or on the "Normal" fare for INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation for tickets valid for 7 days. Discounts applicable throughout France.
The card entitles the holder to a 15% discount on all services, including Junior and compagnie.

Conditions for exchanging and refunding a ticket with the Carte Avantage on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains with compulsory booking.
Exchange and refund service offered free of charge up to and including 7 days before departure.
From 6 days before departure, a deduction of €19 per person and per journey will be applied on TGV INOUI trains and 40% of the ticket price with a maximum deduction of €15 on INTERCITÉS trains with compulsory reservation. 30 min before departure and until departure, exchange possible (1 maximum) with the same deduction as above.
Tickets exchanged during this period are non-refundable. The deduction is only applied once, for journeys including one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the departure of the train, unless they have been made available prior to departure. In the case of return tickets, once the outward journey has been used up and/or passed, the return journey cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Withdrawal conditions
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
