    INTERCITÉS Pro ticket

    The INTERCITÉS Pro offer (available only on trains with compulsory booking) has been created to make travelling easier and to fit in with your schedule, even at the last minute.

    With the Pro INTERCITÉS offer, you can :

    • exchange your ticket and have it refunded free of charge before the train departs1;
    • exchange and have your ticket refunded free of charge up to 2 hours after the train's departure, subject to certain conditions2.

    With the Pro INTERCITÉS ticket, you can take advantage of e-ticketing services, Pro Express and Grand Voyageur ticket offices and Pro Express kiosks.

    Tailor-made for your comfort

    In your INTERCITÉS train, you can take advantage of the wifi service and power sockets in First Class.

    At stations, your Pro ticket gives you access to Grand Voyageur lounges, available at Bordeaux Saint-Jean, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille Saint-Charles, Nantes and Paris Lyon stations.

    Enjoy the INTERCITÉS Pro lounge at Paris-Bercy station

    The lounge is reserved exclusively for INTERCITÉS customers, and our service provider La conciergerie Solidaire is on hand to welcome you Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 7pm (excluding public holidays).

    To access the INTERCITÉS Pro lounge at Paris-Bercy station, you must:

    • be a member of the Grand Voyageur Le Club or Service T programme, or the Grand Voyageur Plus programme;
    • be in possession of an INTERCITÉS ticket of the day at PRO First Class fares, i.e. :
      • a Flex Première ticket ;
      • a Liberté Première ticket
      • a ticket at a negotiated Première or discounted Première fare;
      • a First class package;
      • a military or similar fare in Première.

      Do you travel more than 8 times a year? With the Liberté³ card, valid for one year, you benefit from maximum flexibility and a low fixed price per destination. Enjoy comfortable travel in France and Europe, even at the last minute.

    1/ Exchanges are free of charge and can be made at SNCF stations and shops, by telephone via the Pro Express Line on 36 35 or 0 892 35 35 01 if you are a customer of an SNCF-approved travel agency (free service + cost of a call). Refunds are also free and available at SNCF stations and shops, from your approved travel agency or by telephone on the numbers given above.

    2/ For another train of the same day and to the same destination, the exchange is free up to 30 minutes after the departure of the train. You can make this exchange by telephone via the Pro Express Line on 36 35 or 0 892 35 35 01 if you are a customer of an SNCF-approved travel agency (free service + cost of a call). Up to 2 hours after the train's departure, you can exchange your ticket free of charge at your local SNCF station or shop. After that, your Pro ticket can no longer be exchanged. Refunds are free up to 2 hours after the train's departure and are available at your departure station. After that, your Pro ticket is no longer refundable.

    3/ Offer reserved for Carte Liberté holders. Discount calculated on the Business Première fare on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS (excluding OUIGO) trains with compulsory reservation, excluding any additional services for which a charge is made. On INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation, the reduction is 50%, calculated on the normal fare for the class travelled in. On TER trains, the card entitles the holder to a 50% reduction, provided it has been accepted by the regional transport organising authority within its area.
