INTERCITÉS, reduced fares at national monuments

As part of a national partnership, INTERCITÉS is working with the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, which administers over a hundred monuments in France.

On presentation of your INTERCITÉS train ticket, you can benefit from up to a 20% reduction on the entrance fee for selected monuments in the areas you travel through*. To take advantage of your discount, your visit must take place no later than 5 days after your journey by INTERCITÉS*.

Since 1914, the Centre des monuments nationaux (CMN) has been conserving, restoring and maintaining 100 monuments across the country, dating from prehistoric times to the 20th century: the abbey of Mont Saint-Michel, the Sainte-Chapelle, the Château d'If, the château and ramparts of Carcassonne, and many others. The CMN is also responsible for making these French heritage sites accessible to as many people as possible.
