Take advantage of discounts on your Carte Avantage and Carte Liberté cards
With your Carte Avantage (Youth, Adult or Senior), travel to Germany at reduced prices:
- -30% for you and an extra adult with your Carte Avantage Adulte 1;
- -60% for children aged 4 to 11 accompanying you (up to 3 children).
With your Carte liberté, you can also take advantage of reduced fares to Germany:
- - 45% in 1st class compared with the Full Flex Première fare;
- - 60% in 2nd class compared with the Full Flex Première fare;
- - 30% off tickets with partial flexibility (exchange and refund subject to conditions) for adults, and -60% for up to 3 accompanying children.
On-board services
- Trilingual French-German on-board staff (French, German, English);
- WiFi: free access on board TGV INOUI trains(see the on-board connections page) and ICE trains;
- Catering and bar:
- Bar car on board TGV INOUI trains, with a regularly changing menu featuring seasonal produce and German specialities;
- Dining car with table service on ICE trains;
- Family travel: take advantage of our Espace Famille with a nursery nearby;
- Pets:
- Small pets travelling in a container: small pets can travel on TGV INOUI and ICE trains. They must be carried in a closed bag or basket no larger than 45 x 30 x 25 cm. They must be placed on your lap or at your feet. Travellers must purchase a ticket for each container at a fixed price of €7.
- Dogs travelling on a lead and muzzled: dogs on a lead may travel on TGV INOUI and ICE trains on international routes. They must be muzzled throughout the journey and placed at your feet. Passengers must purchase a ticket at a flat rate of €20.
Exclusive First Class offer
Access to the TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur Lounges (at Paris-Est, Strasbourg, Lyon Part-Dieu and Marseille stations) and to the DB Lounges (at Frankfurt am Main HBF, Mannheim HBF, Stuttgart HBF, Berlin HBF and Munich HBF stations) is open to DB SNCF Voyageurs customers with :
- either a Full Flex Première ticket ;
- a Liberté Première ticket
- a Première negotiated fare; or
- or a ticket of the day and holders of a Grand Voyageur Le Club loyalty card.
Standard Rate: flexibility at low prices
Available 6 months before departure, the Standard fare gives you the best price in 1st and 2ndclass, subject to seat availability, on a selection of destinations.
- Ticket exchangeable (adjustment at current fare) and refundable only before departure.
- 19 € charge from 6 days before departure.
- From 30 minutes before departure, ticket exchangeable 2 times maximum (same day, same route) and non-refundable after 1 exchange.
