    Your invoice for a France-Spain journey

    Have you travelled between France and Spain? Do you need an invoice? Then follow the guide.

    There are two possible scenarios:

    • You have travelled on TGV France-Spain from 11 December 2022: you can obtain an invoice in a few days by filling in the form below.
    • If you have made a different journey and would like proof of your journey: click here.

    Your invoice request for a France-Spain journey

    Champs obligatoires*

    These are the references used to identify the journeys for which you are requesting an invoice: they appear on your e-ticket.
    The travel file reference corresponds to the 6 alphanumeric characters shown on each e-ticket (letters or a combination of letters and numbers. Example: DRGL4O).  You only need to enter one of the surnames in the file.
    You can enter up to 5 references by clicking on the "Add reference" button. If you enter more than 5 references, you will need to submit a new invoice request.

    SNCF Voyageurs, in its capacity as data controller, implements the processing of personal data for the purpose of responding to requests for personalised invoices by issuing and sending the invoice.

    The personal data collected is the surname, first name, address and VAT number, if applicable.

    Processing purposes relating to the issuing of invoices.

    The recipients of personal data are the people in charge of issuing invoices. As well as "sncf-voyageurs.com" (integration of the form) and SNCF Connect & Tech (host of the site and the sncf.com database).

    You have the right to access, rectify, limit, port, delete and object to your personal data at any time (as well as the right to define the directives applicable to the conservation, deletion and communication of such data after your death) by contacting our Data Protection Officer via the dedicated contact form or by post at the following address: SNCF Voyageurs - Equipe Protection des Données - 2, place de la Défense - 92400 - France Finally, in the event of a complaint, you may contact the Data Protection Officer (using the contact details given above). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNIL).
