1/ Flexible fares

• ticket exchangeable free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure
• ticket refundable free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure at stations and shops in the departure area
• from 30 minutes before departure, the number of exchanges is limited to 2 and exchanges are restricted to another train of the day and for a journey including the initial journey
• tickets exchanged from 30 minutes before departure are non-refundable
  

2/ The Guaranteed Exchange service is valid for all exchanges made on the day of departure. The exchange is possible for another train of the same day, on the same route as the initial journey. It is possible to obtain a ticket on full trains, but with no guarantee of a seat and subject to the maximum number of standing places available. For holders of an OPTIMUM PLUS fare, the Catering service is no longer guaranteed after the exchange. Passengers may be refused a Guaranteed Exchange on a full train, in particular in the event of overcrowding endangering passenger safety. From 30 minutes before the departure of the original train, the number of exchanges is limited to 1 per customer. Exchanges free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable from 30 minutes after departure. Passengers with an OPTIMUM or OPTIMUM PLUS ticket can exchange their ticket free of charge on OUIGO trains on the day of departure and on the same route using the TGV INOUI PRO application. Once the ticket has been exchanged for an OUIGO train, the passenger is subject to the OUIGO General Terms and Conditions of Sale. OUIGO tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3/ TGV INOUI PRO

Do you need to make an exchange or access information about your journey? With the TGV INOUI PRO advantage, do it all from your smartphone. The free TGV INOUI PRO application and the TGV INOUI PRO mobile site are specially designed for the needs of business travellers.

Download the free TGV INOUI PRO application (available free of charge on iPhone and Android) and take advantage of :

• exchange your e-tickets (even on full trains)
• free cancellation of your e-tickets
• automatic synchronisation of your journeys
• paperless processing of your Carte liberté and Grand Voyageur cards
• real-time travel information
• availability of your travel documents

The TGV INOUI PRO website also allows you to easily exchange and cancel your TGV INOUI PRO e-ticket, at the same price as the original ticket, from a telephone with an Internet connection or a computer. This service is available on iPhone and Android. The m-ticket is personal and non-transferable: you may be asked to show proof of identity when you are checked on board.
