Mon Identifiant SNCF is a unique authentication service, developed, maintained and managed by SNCF Voyageurs, enabling the creation of authenticators and the use of personal customer accounts, accessible from the websites and mobile applications operated by :

    • SNCF Voyageurs,
    • Any other company in the SNCF group directly or indirectly offering mobility services,
    • An SNCF-approved travel agency (any online travel agency or distributor on the Internet or on mobile duly authorised to issue SNCF transport tickets under the terms of the approval contract concluded with SNCF Voyageurs).

This authentication service allows the user, with the same identifier and password, to consult their personal data and the data linked to their interactions with SNCF Voyageurs (travel, services, after-sales, commercial card, subscription, loyalty programme, etc.) with the aim of simplifying their procedures before, during and after their journeys.

Personal data is collected when My SNCF Identifier authenticators are created on sites or mobile applications authorised to use this service.
