Information notice relating to the management of requests to exercise rights concerning the processing of personal data implemented by SNCF Voyageurs

SNCF Voyageurs uses the rights management platform published by DASTRA, hereinafter "the DASTRA platform", accessible via a form available on the SNCF Group's digital spaces.

Your personal data is used to manage requests to exercise the rights of persons concerned by personal data processing implemented by SNCF Voyageurs.
The use of your data is based on compliance with the legal obligation requiring the SNCF to respond to requests to exercise the rights of the persons concerned under Articles 12 et seq. of European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).
The data processed by the DASTRA platform is that which is communicated by the requestor via the request form accessible from the information notice relating to the personal data processing concerned.
Depending on the information requested on the form, the personal data processed by the DASTRA platform may be :
- Identity data: first and last name or pseudonym, date of birth, copy of a proof of identity if necessary.
- Services subscribed to: subscription, loyalty card, commercial card, etc.
- Contact details: email address, telephone number
- Photographs or images
- Messages exchanged
- Connection data (logs): IP address, date and time
When requests to exercise rights are sent by e-mail or post to the addresses indicated in the information notice relating to the personal data processing concerned, they are recorded in the DASTRA platform in order to enable centralised follow-up of requests.
Your data will be kept for a period of 5 years from the closure of the application.
Copies of supporting identity documents are deleted immediately after verification of the applicant's identity.
Answers to the boxes marked with an asterisk in the online form are compulsory and necessary to process your request.
Your data may be communicated to SNCF Voyageurs staff involved in the management of requests to exercise rights, within the limits of their needs and responsibilities.
Your data may also be communicated to other SNCF Group entities, their partners and subcontractors for the purposes of processing your request.
Your data is hosted in France. It is not transferred outside the European Union.
No automated decisions are taken on the basis of your data.
Within the limits and under the conditions authorised by the regulations in force, you may exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition to the use of your personal data, as well as your right to define the directives applicable to the conservation, deletion and communication of such data after your death.
