Information notice on managing the traceability of gifts and invitations

SNCF Voyageurs uses the Register of Invitations and Gifts (hereinafter RICA) platform, an application developed with PowerApps, published by Microsoft. The RICA platform is accessible via a form available on SNCF's internal digital spaces.

Any SNCF Voyageurs employee who receives or offers an invitation or gift from or to a third party outside his or her company is required to fill in the RICA application and thus transmit the personal data concerning the third party donor or beneficiary of this invitation or gift.
The purpose of this registration is to
- to guarantee the transparency and traceability of SNCF Voyageurs' Invitations and Gifts policy,
- avoid conflicts of interest,
- to ensure that gifts or invitations are not used as a means of corruption, influence peddling or fraud, in compliance with the provisions of the
Sapin II law.
The use of your data is based on the legitimate interest of SNCF Voyageurs to manage the internal anti-corruption system.
The data used for processing is :
- Your first and last name,
- Your job title,
- Your business details (including company name) or personal details.
Your data will be kept for a period of 4 years from the date on which the employee declares the gift or invitation on the RICA platform.

Your data may be communicated to internal SNCF Voyageurs recipients: managers of reporting employees, Compliance Managers and Officers, Ethics Managers and Officers, Internal Control Managers and Officers.
Your data is hosted in the EU. It is not transferred outside the European Union.
The use of your data does not give rise to any automated decision-making.
Under the conditions and within the limits laid down by the regulations, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of the processing concerning you, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data.

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
