Since¹ July 2021, the Loi d'Orientation des Mobilités and its implementing regulations have allowed Multimodal Digital Service Providers (MDSPs) to issue tickets for Mobility Service Managers.

You are a Multimodal Digital Service Provider and you wish to issue tickets for Mobility Services managed by SNCF Voyageurs on your website or application.

SNCF Voyageurs publishes and makes available to Multimodal Digital Service Providers the standard Contract in force.

The Standard Contract sets out the terms and conditions under which, in your capacity as FSNM and pursuant to Articles L.1115-10 and L.1115-11 of the French Transport Code, you may issue tickets for Mobility Services.

To issue these tickets, SNCF Voyageurs provides access to the inventories in which they are referenced. This access is possible with the help of technical interfaces.

For direct access to these interfaces, technical contracts are offered and communicated after signature of a confidentiality agreement sent on request to the email address indicated below.

Alternatively, inventories can be accessed using other technical solutions provided by numerous intermediary publishers, such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or information technology providers (ITP) already on the market and already connected to the interfaces.
