Relations with national consumer associations

The representatives meet twice a year in a Consultative Council chaired by the CEO of SNCF Voyageurs.

At these meetings, the ^{associations1} can question the CEO directly on major issues concerning passengers' experience or on the directions planned in the light of regulatory and legal developments.

Outside the Consultative Councils, the associations can contact SNCF Voyageurs directly about problems encountered during journeys, in order to shed light on the issues for their members.

SNCF Voyageurs' various local departments are in regular contact with representatives of consumer associations, so that they can feed back information as close as possible to the regions and deal with irritants for customers.

Meetings and themed visits are organised with the representatives designated by the associations, to inform them about the conditions for implementing SNCF Voyageurs offers and services.

For example: a visit to the Operations Centre for supervising train movements, discussions on changes to customer relations services, meetings with SNCF Voyageurs "Train + Vélo" project managers, etc.
