Managing my bookings

- You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the expiry date of your option. Depending on your booking date, you have up to 46 days before departure to pay for your option.
- In the meantime, an email will be sent to you to confirm or cancel your option. Pay attention to the expiry date, as the option is automatically cancelled once the deadline has passed.
If you book a TER train without a reservation, payment is immediate (options are not permitted).
If you book a TER train that connects with a TGV INOUI, payment is immediate for all journeys. If you do not pay for the TER journey immediately, the option for the TGV INOUI journey will be automatically cancelled.
You can find your options on our website in the "Pending options" tab.
If you have placed your order with our group agency, it will not appear online. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our team from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (excluding public holidays), by email at [email protected] or by telephone on 36 35 (free service + price of a local call). A payment link will be sent to you by e-mail to pay by credit card or bank transfer (subject to conditions).
- For your options after 24 February 2026:
Payment is to be made on our SNCF Voyageurs Voyages en groupe website, by credit card or bank transfer (subject to conditions).
You can pay for your orders on our website by :
- VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX ;
- SEPA bank payment.
Some methods of payment may not be eligible for your order. Please check the pricing conditions of your ticket.
- Payment by Sharegroop bank transfer
This method of payment is offered to you within the limit of receipt necessary for your payment on the payment page, as it may take up to 5 working days for your transfer to be received.
As a precaution, a minimum of 19 days before your departure date is required, as well as a minimum of 8 days before the expiry date if you have chosen an option.
When you select payment by bank transfer, an IBAN number is sent to you by our partner Sharegroop. This number is unique and is associated with the booking you have made.
You must use this unique IBAN number to pay for your order; it must not be used to pay for another group order.
You can only pay for one booking per IBAN number.
You will be given a deadline for receipt of your transfer. It is important to respect this deadline.
If your transfer is received after the deadline, it cannot be taken into account.
If you are a GCP customer, you have been allocated an IBAN number. This unique number is dedicated to you and will be used each time you choose to pay by transfer with our partner Sharegroop.
This IBAN number will be systematically displayed on the payment page, along with a reference that you will need to add to the reason for your transfer, so that your payment can be identified.
Don't forget to send the file of your paid bookings to your dedicated portal, as this step is necessary for the final validation of your payment.
Group train tickets are available 11 days before your departure date. You will receive an e-mail to inform you.
As a reminder, to be in order, you must have one e-ticket per person (although all group tickets are issued in the name of the accompanying person) printed out or downloaded onto your smartphone.
Managing my group customer account
Creating a group customer account on our SNCF Voyageurs Group Travel website allows you to:
- Save time and easily find your options and bookings;
- View and manage your orders quickly when you are logged in;
For information, your group account is not linked to your other SNCF accounts.
To create a group customer account, go to the SNCF Voyageurs Group Travel website.
- If you are an individual customer: enter your journey details, choose your train and create your account to place your order.
- If you are an organisation customer: click on "I am an organisation". Creating an organisation account is not instantaneous. Given the reopening of our website, we need some time to process and secure all the data in your account.
However, if your booking request is urgent, we invite you, after creating your account, to share the details of your project with us using the quote request form, and you will be contacted by one of our sales advisers. For all requests for accounting documents, please use the contact form.
Refunds and claims
In the event of modification or cancellation of your order requiring a refund, this will be made using the same method of payment as that used for your order.
Refund conditions depend on the fare conditions of your ticket. To find out more, please consult our general terms and conditions of sale.
The amount of the refund will be indicated in the e-mail confirming your modification or cancellation.
If you have placed an order on the SNCF Voyageurs group travel website and you need proof of payment, please contact our customer service department using this form.
After your journey, your ticket serves as proof of travel. It is accepted as an accounting document.
If you are a company, a receipted invoice can be issued on request, after your journey, by contacting our customer service department.
Invoices cannot be issued more than 60 days after the journey.
Send your claim online, using this form , no later than 60 days after your journey.

Disabled people
Seat reservations for disabled persons and accompanying persons are not available via the "Search" function on the SNCF Voyageurs Group Travel website.
To make a reservation, please contact our group agency:
- By online form
- Or by telephone on 36 35 then #21 (free service + price of a local call). If you wish to call from abroad, dial 00 33 1 84 94 36 35 (cost of an international call).
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
All TGV INOUI trains have 2 spaces dedicated to wheelchair users (UFR). You can therefore travel with a maximum of two non-transferable wheelchair users, subject to the availability of these UFR spaces (note, however, that if the TGV is made up of two trainsets, up to 4 non-transferable wheelchair users can be accommodated, subject to the availability of UFR spaces, but they will not travel in the same trainset).
Beyond these two wheelchair spaces, transferable passengers in folding wheelchairs can be accommodated in conventional seats.
In addition, in accordance with the applicable fares and subject to the availability of seats, if your group includes transferable passengers travelling with a folding wheelchair, for reasons of comfort these passengers will be able to use a maximum of 2 conventional seats per train to store their wheelchair, free of charge. Any additional folding wheelchairs must be stored in the baggage racks.
If a Person with a Disability (PWD - in a wheelchair or not) in your group has a French Inclusion Mobility Card (CMI), then the guide can benefit from a specific fare depending on what is written on the PWD's Inclusion Mobility Card. Note that in order to benefit from this special fare, the guide of a disabled person must be at least 12 years old, and that the guide fare is only applicable if the group consists of at least ten passengers at the standard group fare.
The station assistance service is a free service for people with disabilities (PWD) and people with reduced mobility (PRM).
At the station of departure, this service allows you to be accompanied from the "Assistance Voyageur Handicapé" reception point to your seat on the train.
When you arrive at your destination, you will be accompanied from your seat on the train to the station exit or your seat on the connecting train or the station taxi rank or any other place of your choice within the station.
Don't forget to book your station pick-up with Assist'enGare before your train departs.

Organising a group trip
- Group fares are calculated and discounted on the basis of the day's semi-flex individual fares.
- They are therefore always cheaper than individual fares (excluding promotional fares, fares associated with a discount card or a season ticket).
- Depending on the type of customer (adults, young people, children), discounts range from 10 to 60%.
- Children under the age of 0 to 3 travel free without a seat, or benefit from the child fare if a seat is reserved.
If you would like your child aged 0 to 3 to travel free of charge, do not enter a passenger aged 0 to 3 when making your reservation on our website Voyages en groupe by SNCF Voyageurs.
- Your group must arrive at the station at least 1 hour before your train's departure time.
- All baggage must be labelled.
- In stations equipped with boarding gates, all e-tickets must be presented on paper or on a smartphone.
When you book online, your group is generally placed in the same carriage, although it may be placed in several carriages depending on availability on the train.
Your place will be confirmed on your e-tickets 11 days before your departure.
If you have connections, allow plenty of time for your journeys.
Plan your itinerary in advance, taking into account the time needed to buy tickets, take the metro, travel with groups of children, etc.
Find useful information on the Gares & Connexions website
For travel on INTERCITÉS and TGV INOUI in France and to Europe (to Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Brussels and Freiburg im Breisgau in Germany), you must be able to carry all your baggage at once.
After the boarding gates, only ticket holders are allowed on the platform.
You may take up to 2 items of baggage per person , labelled to a maximum size of 70 x 90 x 50 cm (suitcases, large rucksacks, hiking bags, sports bags) and 1 item of hand baggage labelled to a maximum size of 40 x 30 x 15 cm (rucksack, shopping bag, laptop bag).
- Failure to label baggage on board TGV INOUI trains may result in a fine.
- Failure to comply with the baggage policy on board TGV INOUI trains may result in an additional charge of at least €50 per item of non-compliant or excess baggage (maximum €150). For more information, consult the SNCF Voyageurs passenger fares.
- If you obstruct traffic in the corridors or improperly occupy a seat or luggage space, you are liable to a fine of €150.
